Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
